Has my insurance been billed?
Any insurance payments/credits or processing correspondence posted to your account will be reflected on your billing statement. This information can be found in the description section of the invoice. If health insurance processing is not reflected on the statement, and you would like us to file a claim directly, please complete and return the health insurance form that is enclosed with your billing statement or contact APS Billing office at 1-800-234-7944.
For inquiries specific to insurance claim processing, such as insurance benefit determinations and deductible/copays, contact your health insurance provider directly.

Please call APS Billing Office at 1-800-234-7944 Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. A customer service representative will assist you with your questions.
How long until I get my results back?
Test results are usually available within seven business days.
Where do I go to view my test results?
Test results will be reported directly to your physician.
